I was using their service @ 4 mbps, but after few months speed got very poor, so when i contacted their customer service, they suggested me to get high speed broadband (50mbps) service, for which they charged 6000 rs (For 6 months), but later speed got poorer and when we called customer service, they never responded properly, most of the times they blindly lie (Like their technician is on the way or they are doing something) and from last 2 weeks they disconnect internet at 11 pm to 8am. I don't understand what to do, and to whom should i complaint. Was this information helpful? |
