[Resolved] Colan Infotech Private Limited — are we Freshers or Slaves ! | |||
I wasted 2 days for attending interview in this bloody company.. If you are reading this you are having a big '?' about that company, it's was a pure waste of time and guys don't do that mistake. There website tells that it is a MNC but that's a total bull sh** ! I attend 4 rounds of interview for that and waited a full day in that company for that result and finally the HR lady told me it's a MNC that wants freshers to work for a salary of 3K for 3 months and 5K for next 6 months. That too it will go for medical fund and some sh** she told then I will get aroung 1.5K.. ! An experienced person gets 8K per months.. Wat the hell is that ? Is it because the ppl in US can eat and sh** without doing a work and we work like donkeys ! Even a person with wedges gets more and well. They want Salves for their company not employees ! Verified Support Jul 17, 2014 Colan Infotech Customer Care's response @ Mahindran…In Colan, we clearly inform a candidate about the salary structure during the interview itself and we do not force or cheat any candidate who come for interview. It is the candidates choice whether to accept the offer or not. Also the salary (rs.3000) is only during the training period of 3 months, which is like a stipend as we want to see the performance and we have employees who have joined as a fresher, performed well and got very good hike within a year

@ Karthick_dreams…I believe that people misunderstand the discussion. We do not inform any candidate to resign their current Job unless and until we release the offer letter. Once offer letter is released, we never withdraw it. During discussion we (HR dept) ask the candidates if they can negotiate the Notice period and we never ask any candidate to inform the HR about resignation without an offer being released. By your statement it is very clear that you have informed your management before we released our offer letter. So it is your misunderstanding and we would like to point out that as HR Managers, we are here to help people find the right job and not to cheat candidates. Don't use words like cheating without knowing the real meaning of it.

Absolutely brother all fraud..Colan Hr all guys are fraud.. they played in my life.. Whats the matter is i attend interview and selected. after that they told me to join immediately. i asked for offer letter through mail.. they not replied. then i asked again for offer letter then only i can proceed with my present company management. that same hr lady and one men pakka fraud they said there is no interview here after you selected. i believe on those words. but now they said your are in hold.. Finally Please guys be careful with Colon HR's department.

Am started my career at COLAN with same above mentioned all terms & Conditions. Specially 3k for three months and 5k for after six months. Am accept their conditions & working 9months as per management & HR policy.
Now am having 1.6 years of experience in COLAN. When am completing mine 9months of experience am get huge & satisfied pay/hike from management. Still am working in COLAN with good pay. So don't put your negative comments about COLAN without knowing the actual truth Only money is not everything i gained good attitudes from COLAN. Management team always monitoring to do the employee needs always in COLAN.
And HR team never missed any promises to me and the colleagues they do beyond the employee expectations.

Really they(colan infotech) are the worst, They sucks ...
They are getting this bad name because of their employees only, Last july i got a telephonic interview with colan infotech employees.
The guy who spoke with me was in a hurry i think...
He spoke like a military officer...
He started asking big loops kind of questions, Dont he know how could its possible to answer for a big loops and puzzled variable substitutions in a telephonic interview...
He is the 2015's best award winner ;-)
and he might think that he s the best in development...Oh u ******'s son one day u willl come out from that office and search for an interview, that day u willl get to know what is knowledge...
i recorded that interview conversation ... mail me if someone didnt believe this yet... i would like to mail u the audio file...
