I have well over 25 years of IT development experience, I engaged Colan Infotech to deliver a cab-hailing mobile passenger and driver app with very user stories written with detailed acceptance criteria set, stories written with specific requirements, well-designed Figma UX designs produced, and All DevOps setup done. They just need to develop the software and deliver it.

If anyone is going to invest in this company for software...

Dear Friends,
Please don't get yourself into trouble by joining in this company. I was asked to come thrice for interview, still interview was not over. First round by Sr HR, second by HR manager, third by Director, fourth once again by HR manager, fifth was a panel interview (HR Manager, Project Manager, and Two other Directors). I cleared all these rounds and said i will be getting my offer letter in few days, unfortunately! once again the HR Manager wanted me to interview, it was initially told that i am going to be issued the offer letter The questions were almost irrelevant the Manager discouraged me to reduce CTC.
They wont think about the candidates, ask me to come at 5 pm but (believe it or not) they started only at 09.00 pm on all my three visits.
Please don't accept this company's offer, they will trick and play in your life. Career full.
Even the positive reviews were posted by the other HR's.
I was offered a tricky (low) package and i refused it as i know it by my experience, but you don't fall for it.

Just go to this address http://www.themesindustry.com/html/rockox/index.html.. The company is not even able to create there own web template. Then how will they do our works? This company doesn't have there own ideas.And more over they treat there employees like .They drain their employees brain and throw the waste outside like in the case of sugar cane.They only look for profit.Nothing else matters to them.

They are not even able to create their own template.So how will we give our work to them with trust?? The guys are really cheating the customers.

I wasted 2 days for attending interview in this bloody company.. If you are reading this you are having a big '?' about that company, it's was a pure waste of time and guys don't do that mistake. There website tells that it is a MNC but that's a total bull sh** ! I attend 4 rounds of interview for that and waited a full day in that company for that result and finally the HR lady told me it's a MNC that wants...
