Respected Sir,
I am to request you that, I have a monitor come from my customer for service purpose. As per my duty, I am connected with concerned company through toll free number:[protected] but received unsatisfied reply. When I was send an Email to customer.[protected]@beetel.in, it have been only block. I have intimate the complete matter at toll free number time to time but no body who response properly to their customer / retailer problem.
Thereafter, I have written to (1) MD & (2) Grivencial Cell, of M/s. Beetel Teletech Ltd., 1st Floor, Plot No. 16, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV, Gurgaon – 122001, Harayana India and sent it through regd. Post on[protected].
The service centre was already been closed since a long back period, which contact details was prescribed by customer care authority. Another think, I find out that, the service centre of company withdrawal from odisha.
It is a big challenge to me in such and such situation, what I do now?
Hence, I request you good self kindly advice me regarding the matter.
