Received only the Order invoice.
There is no tracking provided nor customer care number.

I bought a Beetel B26 from Amazon India back in Nov 2022 but to my surprise it stopped working within just a couple of months. Please either get the device repaired or get me a new working model.

I received email and invoice from counfreedise Retail Services Limited.
They mention you will track your order from delhivery.com.

After few days I go to the website to track my parcel.
delhivery.com
and I noticed there is no delivery for me.
Air waybill no:[protected].

I go to the website.
landline.beetel.in.
to get the contact number.
I got the number but unfortunately, it's out of service.

Then I reach to counfreedise website.

I found the email address and Number.
I sent them 5 emails, but they didn't reply then I try to call them but unfortunately again the given contact number also out of service.

I have purchased a beetel land line phone on june 1 from amazon and now it is not working, i want it to be replaced

This instrument was provided about an year ago by our builder for using intercom connection of complex.
Now the phone only rings, can not talk.
Vendors say that they are responsible only for sale & advise to purchase new one.
I want the instrument to be replaced or at least repaired.
Any equipment malfunctioning as soon as warranty gets over; it puts quality of product under question mark?
