I had bought a beetel landline phone from Flipkart, it is not working properly, its buttons and dialer switch is having problem. The product is in warranty period. I want to claim warranty. Sir, we have bought beetel instrument in the month of September 2020, it is in the warranty of 1 yr. You are requested to send the technician to check and if replacement is required, then please do the needful.

FEW DAYS BACK THE ISSUE IN THE PHONE THAT STARTED -

Only half Ring tone comes and then phone automatically disconnects. (Even when we pick it up no voice is hear and it disconnects)

I bought beetel m71 landline recently. I am unable to find any information on how to store contacts by their name. Can you please guide how to store number with name so that the name gets displayed when we get the call.

I have enabled called id functionality andi can see the number being displayed but i would like to see the name as well along with number and i cannot see how to do that in the manual.

The landline is under warranty only used 1 week. It gave disturbances at the starting and afterwards only rings can be heard. Speaker is also working in very low volume instead it is in max volume. Brought from amazon the replacement time is over and the telephone is dead from 28/06/17. I think that you will take action against it. Need a replacement..

I bought a beetel 3G (ModelNo.BG64) dongle modem, after 2weeks it's getting trouble in terms of disconnect automatically and again connected though sometimes 30 minuets or 40minuets its running good after that it's not like that and disconnected. I received email and invoice from counfreedise Retail Services Limited.
They mention you will track your order from delhivery.com.

After few days I go to the website to track my parcel.

and I noticed there is no delivery for me.
Air waybill no:[protected].

I go to the website.
landline.beetel.in.
to get the contact number.
I got the number but unfortunately, it's out of service.

Then I reach to counfreedise website.

I sent them 5 emails, but they didn't reply then I try to call them but unfortunately again the given contact number also out of service.
