Ebay.in — item not working after not giving new product still

purifier using the eBUY option available in their website and paid all the amount. Its happend on 8th sep2013. I have recieved my item 16thsep2013 but it was not working properly agin i submit my item and there is no update from the company. I tried to contact customer care several times but no use. They will always say they are looking into the complaint and it is in progress...now i don want that product i want money back thank you [protected]
