Indiaplaza.com / Belkin View Case For iPhone 5 — Non receipt of Product and refund

I purchased Belkin view case for iphone 5 by paying advance a sum of rs. 907/- from indiaplaza.com with Order No. : I[protected] on 6th feb 2013. But till date the product is not shipped and the date exceeded expected shipping date given by website. Now the customer care is also not responding and i m feeling stuck....
