[Resolved]  Naaptol / LED projector — OLD USED ITEM SENT in replacement

I buy LED projector from naaptol.com 1st naaptop ship me product but the product is defective and problem in that. so that I resent it to naaptop for replacement but after 20 days I receive that product but they send me OLD-USED product. and my problem is not solved. In Replacement they have to send me NEW product but they send me OLD USED product And even child can prove that they send me OLD USED product. already I given 1 month time to naaptop to solved mistake from naaptop but still me not satisfied because the product is different then they say me. and I have all recording in my mobile and have all photo that prove that naaptop fully cheat with customer. please do for me I WANT REFUND MY MONEY FROM NAAPTOL. please see below product details.., Order Number. 6718144
