[Resolved] ShopClues.com — non refund of money | |||
Sir, i order a SanDisk Cruzer Blade 16 GB Pen Drive for 490 rupees for my brother from shopclues.com order number 2692039 08 Mar 2013, 09:58 PM.....but till now they do not deliver the product. When i call to their customer care they not receive the call and i mailed several time for refund but they told they looking up the matter. In website they update that they complete the delivery but I did not receive it till now....now about 5 month passed but they do not refund my money.....please do something Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 9, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved After posting my complaint they have contacted me with email and apologized for the inconvenience and assured me for a full refund. After one day they have refunded my money without asking any further question. | |||
