This is a cellphone (http://in.tolmol.com/CRUISE%20P9800%20Mobile%20Phone/prices/[protected] purchased from tolmol.com website. The order no is 7679

The product is of very poor quality and does not have the features that are mentioned on the website.

- This phone is not a 3G phone ( they have mentioned)
- The camera quality is very very poor. (HD quality is mentioned on the website).
- keypad is too small to push.
- Sound Quality is poor. (Its loud but not clear)
- There is no Handwriting tool in the mobile phone. ( they have mentioned)

As far as overall quality is concern its worst.

I have talked to customer care executive but she told me that there is no
return polity in tolmol.com. I think this a joke in this competitive era.

The email id mentioned on their contact us page (http://www.tolmol.com/tolmol-contact-information) is not working. (bounce all mails sent by me).

S i too placed an order 10574 on 10th. They are fraud. They cheated they wont deliver the product. Biggest blackmark for online shopping.

These son of B*** created a fake website to cheat people. So its better not to use this site at al...!

SHOPJII.COM — MONEY NOT REFUNDED

I have ordered a Sandisk 16 GB pen drive on 13/4/2013 from SHOPJII.COM but I haven't received it. My Order No. is 13623.Then i have applied for refund on 4/5/2013 but haven't received it yet.The payment was made by using INB Times of Money Limited.
