Concentrix — Incentives

Hi, I am concerned of the Incentives I was supposed to receive before I separated from the company. I heard the Incentives has been released last month and my former TL have allocated mine to include it in my final pay. Is it still forfeited? I was supposed to receive the incentives before I separated from your company. It should not be forfeited because its release was delayed that I supposed to receive it when I was still working there. Just hoping they would be able to address this matter even though it's kind of possible especially that I am no longer affiliated to the company. And I am about to receive the Final Pay tomorrow not including the incentive, but still hoping I would be able to get that credited to my payroll account on the other releasing date to resolve the issue. Found this kind o[censored]nfair for the employee's side.
