Concentrix — Unethical HR Rejection

I want to register a complaint against one of Concentrix HR named Aditya Bhattacharya ([protected]). On February 5 this year, this person called me to screening for a job role through a third-party consultancy. We had a general conversation regarding me, and all was going well. When he asked me my expected salary, i told 6lpa as because i thought the HR is calling directly on behalf of Concentrix and i was unaware of anything. Once he knew my expectation, he said to connect me with my consultancy HR. Then i asked him from where he got my details then he mentioned the consultancy name. Because of a misunderstanding i mentioned my expected salary and when he said the package is less than that i immediately showed interest for the next round. But he said to connect me with consultancy hr and that hr said i was rejected. Even after that, Aditya called me twice for screening and both the time after knowing my name he just took my introduction and asked me to connect with consultancy. Both the times without any reason and further communication, he unethically rejected me. Please take some action regarding this HR and i need a proper investigation on this and need a valid and ethical round of interviews. Even though i messaged him in whatsapp and cleared the misunderstanding.
