I ordered the TANGZU WAN’ER S. G Wired IEM from Concept Kart (Order ID: #CK128663). The product stopped working from one side within a few days of delivery.
I contacted Concept Kart through WhatsApp and Email ([protected]@conceptkart.com), sent a proper video proof and order details. It's been over 4 days, and there has been no response.
They claim to provide 10-day replacement for manufacturing defects, which clearly applies to my case. Still, they have ignored all messages and emails.
This is unacceptable. I request urgent intervention and a proper resolution. I will not hesitate to escalate this legally if ignored further.

I purchased the TANGZU Wan'er S.G IEM earphones from Concept Kart (Order #CK128663). Initially, the earphones were working fine, but after a few days, one side stopped working unexpectedly.

I did not record an unboxing video, but I was using the product properly and did not cause any physical damage. The issue seems to be internal and falls under the warranty coverage.

I contacted Concept Kart through WhatsApp but haven't received any reply yet. Since the product has a 1-year warranty, I request an immediate resolution either a replacement or repair as per their warranty policy.

Please respond urgently. If ignored, I will be forced to escalate this matter.
