I ordered the TANGZU WAN’ER S. G Wired IEM from Concept Kart (Order ID: #CK128663). The product stopped working from one side within a few days of delivery.
I contacted Concept Kart through WhatsApp and Email ([protected]@conceptkart.com), sent a proper video proof and order details. It's been over 4 days, and there has been no response.
They claim to provide 10-day replacement for manufacturing defects, which clearly...

I purchased an **Audiocular M61 MP3 Player** from **Concept Kart** through their online store on [Purchase Date]. The product was delivered on 15 November[protected].

Upon testing it the same day, I found the sound quality to be substandard, not matching the product description, and very disappointing overall.

As per the return policy on Concept Kart’s website, return or replacement requests should be raised within 42 hours of delivery. I followed this policy by placing a return request on the same day the product was delivered. Unfortunately, there has been no response from Concept Kart to my return request.

I have attempted multiple ways of contacting Concept Kart’s customer service:
1. **Email**: I sent an email immediately after placing the return request, with details about the issue.
2. **WhatsApp and Phone**: I have tried reaching out to them on WhatsApp and via phone calls, but they have not responded through any channel.

Furthermore, I left a review on their website to inform other customers about the product quality. However, they chose not to publish it, which I believe is an attempt to hide genuine feedback from consumers.

I am seeking a prompt response from Concept Kart with one of the following resolutions:
1. **Full Refund**: Given the poor quality of the product and lack of response, I request a full refund.
