I ordered the TANGZU WAN’ER S. G Wired IEM from Concept Kart (Order ID: #CK128663). The product stopped working from one side within a few days of delivery.
I contacted Concept Kart through WhatsApp and Email ([protected]@conceptkart.com), sent a proper video proof and order details. It's been over 4 days, and there has been no response.

I bought a Tecphile S-P613 wireless keyboard case for Samsung S6 Lite from conceptkart.com on (Order # CK23798) on 26 July 2023 which got delivered to me on 28 July 2023. It costed me Rs 2960/- but within a week o[censored]sage suddenly it stopped working. I have asked for a refund/return of this item from Concept Kart team but they are not doing the needful. It's been more than 4 working days of return and they are not replying to any of my calls/messages...
