I booked a new car tiago, xz, 1.05 d with concorde motors india) limited, nettoor, maradu muncipality, cochin, ernakulam dist:, kerala-682 040, in the perumbavoor showroom on 30th jan 2016. Booking amount rs: 10, 000/- paid.

On 30th april 2016, i received a call from perumbavoor show room says that your car is available in cochin showroom (Yard) where i can see the car for its color as my color choice was different. I physically seen the car and agreed with the available color. Then they asked me to make the payment. So, within 2 working days car will be delivered me at perumbavoor show room.

On 02nd may 2016, i paid the whole said amount (Finance+balance payment), receipt no.Ccdcoc-rct[protected], order no. So-ccdcoc[protected], name of philip k j, kalluveliparambil (H), chelad p. O, kothamangalam, and i waiting for car.

Today (09th may), after one week from the said period i called up and asked the reason for the delay. Then they said you can take the car from perumbavoor show room by 3pm today, later said 4 pm, then again changed time to 6pm, and finally they says; there is a mistake with price calculation, so you pay the dues amount rs: 12, 500/- then only your car will get release from cochin showroom.

Now the problem arise with me is "how reliable the dealer'?
What kind of after sale service expect from this kind of dealer?
It also raise the question against the reliability of tata car itself.?

I have no regret to ask for a cancellation and give me back my money if possible.
