Concorde Motors — delivery delay due to unavailability of spares | |||
Please see herewith history of problem which i am telling you since last 1 year. First issue is highlighted to tml on 25/09/2017 (Screen shot attached) 1. Jpg Repeat issue on 10/03/2018 during my outstation visit. (Screen shot attached) 2. Jpg 3rd time repeat issue on 20/08/2018 (Screenshot attached) 3. Jpg 4th time repeat issue on 11/10/2018 (Screenshot attached) 4. Jpg 5th time repeat issue on 14/11/2018 you send your person to change ht cable at swargate as vehicle was breakdown. Invoice of same is attached. 5. Jpg 6th time repeat issue on 06/12/2018. This time very serious issue as i raised online complaint still you didn't bother to collect vehicle. (Screenshot attached) 7. Jpg On 8/12/2018, i have faced major breakdown scenario and faced lot of inconvenience. I had to tow a vehicle till your garage late night on 08/12/2018. Please see below evidence of same. 6. Jpg Every time they hold my vehicle for more than 4days to service it. I paid them every time even if repeated issue since warranty period. During 8th december 2018 breakdown they took my vehicle up to 22/12/2018 as spare was not available. Every time they are changing different spares for same issue and every time they are charging me.
