Dear Sir,

Concorde Tata motors is a renowned Tata service center, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience on 3rd June 2014 at Chennai, Injambakkam (ECR), Concorde Tata Motors.
I was asked to take up the car for delivery after service. The car was dusty when they gave for delivery and I have asked the service engineer to clean up the car.
When I started the car for check-up, I found my audio system was not working properly. The audio system light was blinking even when the car was switched off and it was not playing though.
The light blinks go off only if the car key is removed. But it was working properly on 2nd June, the day I left the car for service.
No one provided proper detail on the issue; they simply say the issue is on audio system. How come a car audio system working on the service day is not working after service?

I have left the car in the service station itself to fix the issue.
But yet it is not fixed.

Greetings for the day!
We received your vehicle for 40, 000KM service & all the necessary repairs were carried out as per the schedule. Regarding your below mentioned concern for audio system not working, as it is outside fitment we are unable to rectify the issue & it could be rectified at the place were you had done the fitment. The same was communicated to you yesterday at the time of vehicle delivery…
Hope other than that the vehicle is running fine now!
