Concorde Motors — refund of my amount

I have purchased TATA TIAGO NRG vehicle on 18/12/2018 from M/S. Concord Motors – Hyderabad (Chanda Nagar) Branch, i have exchanged my old vehicle and paid down payment, balance i opted for car loan which include my 14% registration amount because i already had two wheeler on my name, after a vehicle purchase invoice raised and all the required payment done i have received my TR Registration number after a long 15 days wait because of continuous followups, even for the permanent registration number they almost took a month from my purchasing date.

When i finally went for my registration process on 24/1/2019 to the RTA people they rejected my application because they have received only 12% amount for my vehicle from M/S.Concord Motors, i spoke about this issue with Concord Team and they said they can’t pay the balance amount immediately to RTA due to management approval system is time taking, so they said to pay the balance amount by myself and they will repay the same amount with in 7 working days, as its almost a last to expire my temporary registration so agreed on same terms i have paid the balance amount at RTA office and completed my registration process by my own.

After my vehicle registration i raised a request to Concord Team to repay my 2% amount of Rs.11230/- which i paid from my side, i have forwarded all required details to Concord Motors team and they said they are processing my request, i ll receive update by next day. Since on that day its more than 15 days they still not refunded my amount and neither responded in proper way to my calls. With all my previous experience and your brand I never expected these kind o[censored]nprofessional response or service from M/S.Concord Motors team. I request your team to Kindly look over into the above issue and come back with immediate solution.
