Concorde Motors — Worst amc servicing

Dear sir, ­

I had given my tata indica vista for ser­vicing at Concorde Motors
No. 9/8, Hosur Road, Dairy Circle, Opp.­ Christ College
Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029 ­
In a very good condition just to comply­ yearly amc. On delivery of the vehicle ­I could find my car has been very badly ­serviced. The problems I faced is.
1. Steering wheel shaking at 80 kms spe­ed
2. Engine vibrationidealing at higher ­side. Can't sit in the car at signal cro­ssing due to high vibration.
3. Automatic window at rear not working­.
4. No pickup­
5. Gear not falling smoothly­
6. Higher sound in the engine.­
I reported the matter and given the veh­icle second time. On delivery the condit­ion has improved only 20%. When contacte­d, the service person Mr appanna gives v­arious explanation for each problem.
I would like to ask a question. Whether­ a car given for amc is for improving th­e performance of the vehicle OR making t­he condition worse. I am very upset and ­dissatisfied with Concorde dealer of the­ above address. What is the next course ­of action. Whom should I complain with.
