Confirm Tkt — Wallet refund credited but balance missing 2161

My ConfirmTkt booking shows refund credited to wallet
(for example: ₹1110 on 08 Aug – status shows “Refunded to wallet”).

However, my current ConfirmTkt wallet balance is showing ₹0.
Earlier, my total wallet balance was ₹2161.
I have not used this wallet amount for any booking.

Despite refunds marked as “credited to wallet”, the balance is missing.
This is clearly a wallet ledger issue from ConfirmTkt’s side.

I request immediate manual verification and restoration of my full wallet balance.
