Confluence Of Shopping — a fake online site

I had ordered few products from this site and paid money online i.e. before getting product delivered. I didn't received any of the products and now the site is not reachable neither their phone number. I want a refund of money I debited from my account to theirs.
Kindly take a very strict action against such fake people and the payment site connected to it named as Razorpay.
