Actually I have registered two accounts on Razor Pay from one email id that is pinakichakraborty.[protected]@gmail.com. One is registered as Pinaki Chakraborty an employee of Behtar Technologies Pvt Ltd. And another is registered in the name of Jayanta Mukherjee as a marchent ( Marchent I'd:JEN4qirQEocw3R) from the same email id that is pinakichakraborty.[protected]@gmail.com. Now I want to delete the marchent account named as Jayanta Jayanta Mukherjee. And recover the Razorpay account named as Pinaki Chakraborty as en employee of Behtar Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Please do the needful at the earliest. It is very urgent for me.
Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I mistakenly ordered purchase in a fraude site today and by a friend got to know that it is a fraud Indian shopping site (vle bazaar). This site doesn't have any cancel or refund option and no customer care receiving calls.

    I tried to place order on https://www.tekkitake.com for iphone 11 case, as there was a cashback offer for upi payment, i made payment through upi using phonepe app. This payment was handled by razorpay, while i was trying to make payment using phonepe my money got deducted i have sent all the money but razorpay keeps waiting for the money, its stuck on the upi payment waiting screen, and now i have lost my money and my order was not even...

    I was creating NPS account and initial payment of Rs5000 got deducted to NPS trust from my HDFC account through Razorpay gateway . But the PRAN was not generated and the transaction failed to complete the account application. Please help in the refund.

    On my Icicibank account, there were 2 unknown charges from Razor pay as follows for which i need refund asap:

    1. Charge of Rs 586.37 on 6 May, 2022 with Ref No: ECSRTNCHGS050522_SR[protected]

    2. Charge of Rs 589.99 on 7 May, 2022 with Ref No: ECSRTNCHGS050522_SR[protected]GST

    kindly issue the refund asap

      Razorpay — IRCTC: Money Debited but Tickets not booked

      Payment successful and tickets not booked.
      then I cancelled the transaction (Razorpay gateway) but money got deducted. and again paid via BHIM UPI( bottom option) then this time successfully paid.

      but I need a refund for the first transaction (paid but not received tickets).

      I am running a small business for which i am using razorpay payment gateway. as they are earning a commission from us, we are liable to deduct TDS and pay govt on their behalf. they asked us to send them proof of payment via a challan. we paid the TDS in december 2021, and since then following up for refund, but they are claiming that they havent taken the benefit of TDS in this financial year. this is not possible, since once its shows up...

        I haven't taken any loan from this razorpay
        But today from my bank account razorpay had deducted 3977rs

        I need refund...

        I have done payment on 3rd may from Paytm UPI using razor pay portal on nps website . Money got deducted and transfers to enps.[protected]@hdfcbank. UPI reference number is[protected].
        But razorpay got stuck and nothing happens . Money is not shown in my nps account and neither a refund has been initiated...

        This is Rithicka booked train ticket on 3rd may. Money has been duducted while paying to IRCTC razorpay from Google pay but train ticket is not booked
        Transaction status : No transactions found.
        I will attach the screen shots for the reference. Kindly take the immediate action of either confirming my ticket or refund the money....

        Amount deducted from bank accounts but not credited as school fee and even refund back:-

        1. From SBI AC: Rs 10265.00, Transaction no. : 137065, at UTIS2105 on[protected] at 1954 hrs.

        2. From Bank of baroda AC: Rs 10265.00, Transaction no. :[protected], at POS-TID UTIS2105/E on[protected] at 1958 hrs.

        Kindly help. unbale to reach Razorpay through e-mail and even coustomer care not reachable....

        My refund was initiated and processes on Jan 8 2022 by Razorpay, But i didn't received my refund in my bank account, I contacted my bank end and they asked for RRN and the RRN provided by Razorpay was not in my bank database and my bank asked for the UPI reference (12 digit) but Razorpay is not providing the UPI reference no they are giving the same RRN (11 digit ) no
        I am very confused...

        I Barun Kumar Dubey has made payment to Saket Gopal Dekate from Maharashtra and his partner Anupam Jain from Delhi Rs. 20000 and Rs. 50000 respectively in the name of share market PMS offered by their telegram channels "Trading DEN Official" and "SUCCESS TRADE OFFICIAL".

        I recently decided to use Razorpay (again) for my online business as I needed support for UPI and RuPay cards. But yet again, Razorpay decided to be the terrible payment gateway they have always been. My KYC application was accepted and in about 2 days, I receive an email which says: "unfortunately, we would not be able to support your business as the bank has not approved your account for activation."         I was trying to book a ticket through IRCTC and used your gateway to make the payment. The amount was debited from my account and ticket was not booked.

        The IRCTC Transaction id is [protected].
