On 4th April, 2026 I tried to make a contribution of Rs 2, 500 into my NPS account through Razorpay gateway. The amount got deducted from my SBI bank account, but the Razorpay page showed an error and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account. Please see attached screenshot. Kindly help process the refund of Rs 2, 500 at the earliest....

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Kovilpatti in 20627 MS NCJ VB express on[protected]
But due to some reasons ticket is not booked and money is deducted from my tez upi.

Refund not received after multiple follow-ups

I made a payment of ₹7299 on October 16, 2024 through Razorpay to register a company via a service provider (RIZE). The service provider mentioned that a refund would be initiated if the registration did not proceed. I have been following up for months, but I have not received the refund yet.

Despite raising multiple concerns, there has been no resolution or support. Razorpay's customer service also failed to provide...

amount deducted from bank but ticket irctc not booked

Hi Razorpay Team,
I attempted to book a ticket through IRCTC mobile app using Razorpay UPI payment option
The amount (i.e Rs 2073.60) got deducted from my bank account and credited to your account. However, the amount was not received by IRCTC which resulted in failure of ticket booking

I had booked TWO raileay tickets and paid the amount through RAZORPAY on 10.02.25.
On 20.02.25 I have cancelled the said tickets and waiting for the refunded amount. But after 12 days no amount refunded by IRCTC or RAZORPAY.
I had also raised the complaint to IRCTC. IRCTC informed on their portal that they had credited the amount to RAZORPAY. RAZORPAY has no immidiate site or Customer Care who look into the matter.Please guide for the next steps.

Subject: Refund not received for Cancelled Railway Tickets even after 12 days.
Dear Sir, Madam,

I had booked the Tickets on 10.02.2025 from Vadodara to Mumbai Central for (Two person) vide Transaction ID No. [protected] & From Mumbai Central to Vadodara for (Three person) vide Transaction ID No:[protected].
The above Tickets booked from IRCTC and paid the same through RAZORPAY.
The above Tickets I had cancelled on 20.02.2025 vide Transaction ID[protected] & Transaction ID[protected].
As per IRCTC site they had credited the amount to respective payment master i.e. to RAZORPAY.
After more than 12 days’ time, I have not received the refund amount and no information shared by IRCTC. RAZORPAY has no such site or Customer Care No. to whom I could contact and inform them about the situation.
Request kindly help/guide for further action please.

    While I was trying to buy on instax.in, a pop-up from RazorPay at the time of payment "offered me" to "help me fill address field from my mail id, and phone number". I was surprised. It had not been this way. Instax.in already has my details. WHy duplication? Why RazorPay? Why compulsion to do this? RazorPay is not an ecommerce platform, it is a payment aggregator. Why is it compelling me to let in integrate my information, perhaps illegally? Why does it force me to write in a webfor for complaints, assuming every complaint is about money debited but not credited to receiver? There can be other complaints too. My demand is that RazorPay should NOT force customers to add delivery address on a merchant website. Merchant will do that. Also, it should keep open an email id and a dedicated phone number for dispute resolution, not a rigid webform

      Hello sir
      Myself Sithara, I booked train ticket on 21st Nov 2024 . I tried two times, and both times, the money got deducted. I paid via razorpay from Google pay but train tickets werent not booked. Its 1463.3Rs deducted twice.

      Transaction status : amount not received from the bank. But bank confirmed that its a success from their side and might be blocked at gateway.
      I will attach the screen shots of that paid money, please make it return to my account

        This is to inform that Razor pay is hoarding MSME monies for petty reasons. Neither they have an accessible phone number nor they respond on mails appropriately. EVEN THEIR NODAL OFFiCER DOES NOT RESPOND WITHIN TIME. Now, they are hoarding Rs.1.5 Mln since past 6 months or so and no amount of mails written to them is moving these thick skinned guys. They are asking us to indemnify them for all their mistakes. They never call back even if we give our phone number. Being MSME, it is very important to get funds on time but Razor Pay is squeezing MSMEs itself. I hope RBI takes note of this issue and gives sanitizes these corrupt malpractices of this company. This is crazy.

          I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of response and action from your team regarding my refund request for the Razorpay business registration service.

          On 5th March I made the decision to register one of our businesses through Razorpay and proceeded with the payment for the registration. However, within a span of just four days, circumstances changed, and we had to abort the registration process as we opted for a different registration route.

          Understanding the situation, I promptly initiated a refund request through your platform, providing all necessary details and reasons for the cancellation. Despite numerous attempts to follow up on the status of my refund, I have not received any response from Razorpay executives or the legal team.

          This level o[censored]nresponsiveness is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a certain standard of service and communication, which unfortunately I have not received in this case. It is concerning that my attempts to reach out and resolve this matter have been met with silence.

          I urge you to prioritize this issue and take immediate action to process my refund. Failing to do so would compel me to explore legal avenues to ensure my rights as a consumer are upheld.

                im the menber of razorpay i did second joint order with 50K, i have completed everything smoothly but my settlement specialist said error was created for generating withdrawl contact your tutor .
                after contacting my tutor he said you hae only 90 credit points, you need 100 pointd to do normal withdraw
                My earnings 83K for withdraw of 83k i wnat to pay 1 Lakh because for one point i want to pay 10k(as per tutor said)
                how it is possible .please clear this issue and send my amount as soon as possible
