On[protected] i have booked dry fruits twice on that day but so far the goods not delivered to me. i have paid through razor pay . there was an add reflected in face book, then i have booked the goods. later i have verified the mail sent by my banker regarding debiting of money from my account to the merchant through Razorpay. Therefore this complaint.

    I had paid 3000 to one company via razor pay.. It was debited from account but not credited to that company.
    I done payment on 7th September .. today is 18 sept.. razor pay is a biggest worst third party payment getway..today is 11th day generally if problem is occur, then within 48 hours or maximum in a 7 days payment will get back into the particular account but still I didn't get my money back on my account I give a minus rating to razorpay.
    Hopeless application made.

      But the ticked was not booked.

        I have booked the train ticket in IRCTC Via Razorpay.

        The Amount got deducted but ticket was not booked.

        Kindly make a note and revert with the amount immediately.

            I had ordered Dryfruits-stock.myshopify.com for the purchase of cashew nuts and paid Rs.399/- through Razorpay on 09.09.2021 vide their payment ID:pay_HvNXvLIOBDU7me.

            But the seller has not communicated with me and is not reachable since then when I tried to contact.

            Razorpay on the other hand is not responding to my email and calls on toll free no.

            I believe the seller is fake and is registered with Razorpay.

            I, therefore seek your help in the refund of Rs.399/- from Razorpay.

              I've created an account on Razorpay and did my KYC and everything and they said it's activated, everything was going well for the last 3-5 days, but today I got an email saying that your account has been terminated and your funds are on hold for the next 180 days, like why? I just need my funds back asap, I don't care about my account, those funds are what I care about. I JUST NEED THEM BACK RAZORPAY

                As a part of your financial risk measures my settlement is put on hold and i have lost my business because all my money got stuck with you which you haven't settled in my bank. When i got this mail, immediately i sent all the information they were asking but it's been days and i haven't even received a single reply from them. I tried to call them and no one never picked up call due to Covid-19. I raised a complaint on razorpay website and got a mail which is having a ticket number 3834080. We already mailed all details of business and payment id clarification. But our problem still not resolved from last 10 days
