Sir/madam,,

Yesterday[protected] booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 2, 010 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always having server problems. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. Here with i am enclosing the transaction id : [protected] the message received from my bank as below:

Tried to book a tacket from my irctc id on 14/08/2018 through 'bhim app' with the option of 'razor
Payment gateway'. The ticket was not booked but the amount is debited from my account. I was hoping that the
Amount would instantly credited to my account, but it is not happen till date.

It says no response from razorpe bank.

Please do refund to my amount. Don't delay me, we poor people need go for working purpose....

August 11th evening i booked kmbt travells and payed money 2579/- from sbi. Money has been deducted and ticket not booked
: (. Contacted railytri customer care and they told that they did not receive money. So can you please look at the issue and refund my money

Razorpay — regarding transaction failure

I had already posted a complaint few days ago about my money which deducted from my account when i tried to book tickets from irctc. I tried to book tickets from upi and payment gateway was razorpay and they told that money will be refunded between 7-10 working days but but it's going to happen more then 10 days and money has not refunded by them. So i want to say that refund my money in my account soon because it's already very late....

Hi,

I have done my payment in irctc through razorpay and used tez application for upi transaction, the amount is inr. 870.

Issue is amount was debited and debited to requester account but unfortunately the ticket was not booked. I think that's my bad time. : (

Please let me know when i will get the refund amount back to my bank account. I juz contacted tez support they told like usually it takes 1 hour after the refund process initiation. So kindly confirm the status of my refund initiation.

Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 480 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to sya anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm asap as my train is tomorrow.

I tried booking irctc train ticket using razorpay as upi gateway on 23rd july 2018.
805 rupees is deducted but ticket is not booked i used my paytm upi adress(sbi as linked bank).IRCTC says the have done refund to razorpay.

i waited for 5 days but yet refund not credited in my account.so i wrote to razor support. the said to wait for more 5-7 days.

i again sent mail on 06th aug 2018, but have not got any update from razorpay support team as well.

When i was booking a ticket form mzp to bkn then paytm is done and dabit from account and rs 1290 credit to rozorpay@hdfcbank but ticket has not booked.

I got a massage -

Rs 1290.00 debited from a/c *1011 on 04-08-18 to vpa razorpay. Irctc@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[protected]. Not you? Call on[protected] to report

I processed through net banking it's suddenly shows session has expired, but money is deducted. Order didn't placed. So can you please say the solution or please refund it, i'm massage there once reference number igaecdtae6. Through the slice pay i processed this transaction. By payment option it shows razorpay, so k mentioned that money is deducted through a reference number igaecdtae6. So can you refund it...

Sir i am sushil kumar i am try to book a ticket on irctc rail connect. But during the payment process money got deducted through bhim at the request from bank upi and then i found that the ticket booking is failed and it is categorized under failed transactions in the portal and the reason was "no response from bank".

Date - 29 july 2018
Amount - ₹570

I tried to book a ticket on IRCTC rail connect. But during the payment process money got deducted through BHIM at the request from bank upi and then i found that the ticket booking is failed and it is categorized under failed transactions in the portal and the reason was " NO response From Bank ".

Date - 29 July 2018
Amount - 335

I have attached 2 screenshots. 1 from BHIM and other from IRCTC rail connect app showing the transaction Id and the status of failed transaction.

Please initiate the refund or provide the status of refund.

Today I book two tickets from IRCTC app but the money has been deducted from my account and tickets are not booked .So please refund my money as fast you can.so it is my humble request please refund my money in my bank account .
And also tell me the reason of failed transaction.Because of your failure in transition today I faced many problems.

Dear sir, one of the person called for my credit card renewal, i have trusted him, he has debited for rs 9999 from my icici bank credit card *8005 on 28.7.2018, amount is not credited to that fradulent account, that fradulent merchant not claimed yet. I request you to cancel the transaction immediately.. I have received the below message. Dear customer txn of inr 9999 using credit card xxxx8005 done at raz* razorpay on 28.7.2018.. 29, 30 th july holiday. Tomorrow pls cancel the transaction. Razorpay — regarding refund for failed irctc connect payment

Transaction id [protected] initiated on irctc connect on 24.07.18 and rs. 2070 deducted from my bank account vide bank reference id [protected].

Money was deposited to razorpay from but ticket booking failed at irctc. The refund status is not available online. I have not received refund for this failed transaction. Kindly provide details and expected date of refund....

I booked irctc ticket using irctc mobile app.in payment options i selected the razorpay payment option. The amount was debited from my card but the ticket is not booked. Irctc ticket status is showing that pending from bank end. Please refund my money, attached the screenshot for reference.

This is the first time i selected razorpay payment gateway, and it failed. Sorry to say this, but your payment gateway needs lots of work....
