I have made transactions of amount rs 404 for booking bookmyshow using upi on 10th oct- i am finding that they have refunded through razorpay rs.404 but still not credited my bank account. Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible and initiate the refund.

Razorpay — irctc payment failure

Paid on irctc mobile application. Through razorpay by debit card.

Money deducted from axis bank, but not received by irctc, so no tickets booked.

I booked a train ticket on 14 the october
In irctc through razorpay payment
On 14-10-18 to vpa razorpay. Irctc@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[protected].
On that time the payment was successful i thought the ticket is being booked
But it was not booked and showing payment pending from bank end.
I lost the priority in booking there was no intimation also very worst razor pay...

But train cancled 24th august 2018 and when i checked on irctc - i am finding that they have refunded through razorpay rs.745 but still not credited my bank account. Hi,

I booked the ticket from using razorpay but the ticket didn't get booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

The money is deducted from my account but a ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc payment status showing "amount not received from bank", but my money is deducted from bank. Please refund my money.

Last 4 months using razorpay while booking the train ticket on irctc. The amount deducted still now not refunded in my bank account. Nearly rs 5000 pending from razor pay. I contacted my bank the bank employee told me "amount not received from the bank". "http://www.razorpay.com" in this website created the request still now no response. Many times called the customer care no response. So everyone don't use razorpay on payment gateway....

Will sue your gateway and toll free number for not entertaining my queries, have ordered and paid 4300/ and you guys have no courtesy to send us message even or let us know of ordered product dated 7 oct 2018.
It was my mistake that i did not check how trustworthy is this cheaters "razorpay" is, as it's my first ever experience.
I hope india looms.com takes and acts responsible to solve my agony.
Person named vikram is to be sued from india. Looms for not even replying to my message. Will make sure such fraud is stopped....

In the Bhim App i am not getting the option to report a failed transaction, its only showing call bank, after speaking to SBI customer care they said to write an email with all the details. so the details are as follows:

I have booked irctc ticket from pune jn to cuddapah(hx) on 16 th and I have used razor pay gateway.ihave paid money through phone pe app.
I have complained them about issue and they said that transaction is successful to razarpay and problem is from razor pay.
In the past also i have the same issue with this razor pay gateway.
So ikindly request u to refund my money of 440 rupees....

I had booked two tickets from on oct 2 2018. When both were completed the berths were not alloted. Hence the amount was debited from my account but the transaction was in complete.
I have waited for more than 10 business days still the amount has not been credited back.

If we try to call their customer care, it goes to a voicemail, which always says "we are facing unusual traffic, so kindly mail me". They haven't replied my mail for more than 20 days now.

I made my payment to earlysalary app which went through RazorPay app. The amount has been debited from my account and is not yet reflected in my early salary account. UPI[protected]razorpay@icici-Pay[protected]EarlySalary. This is the message I received. The amount is Rs.62, 818.

I had ordered food from foodwifi application on android phone in imphal city of manipur state. The total bill was 1020 rupees. After entering the correct otp the message displayed was "payment failed due to issuing bank is unavailable".
This happened for 6 times and each time there has been a deduction of 1020 rupees from the bank account. A total of rs 6120 is deducted from my account on 13 october 2018. I have been charged rs. 2048/- in september 17th 2018. It was for avg software. But the company has not received it and it was done without any otp. It was a breath of rules. Neither their was any mail for the amount debited nor any other means of communication.

Razor team kindly look into it and do the needful. It's shameful that there is no accountability of such incidents....
