I ordered a kurti on this online shopping site and paid for the same. After ordering, i received a notification message saying that your order will be delivered in 12-13 days. After completing the prescribed time, i didn’t receive my order. When i try to check the order status through their website, i’m unable to open the website as well and their contact numbers are also not reachable.
Request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
I’ve also seen the same type of complaints from so many users as well.
Kindly take necessary action against the company and get the money of all the buyers back.

However, there is nothing that i have received.
I registered. Now i can't even track the orders bcz neither the website is working nor are the numbers which were earlier available. I was called by to confirm one of the orders which is not working now. w
