Confluenceoftheshopping — product not delivered even after online payment

I have ordered a material from [protected]@confluenceoftheshopping.in which is not delivered yet even after paying online. I was unaware of this site until it was supported by facebook. As soon as i ordered i received a call stating "your parcel will be delivered on so and so date". Its been 15days that my parcel is not receieved. I would like to take strict actaion against this site and would like to get my money refunded. When i try to login the account i created while ordering it shows some error message and the number with which i got a call is fake.
