I ordered ac from from Flipkart which is supplied buy consulting room private limited but got different model from which I ordered. Now I scheduled for return, return pickup scheduled and delivered to the seller as I can track through tracking I'd, but they didn't informed Flipkart this they didn't updated the status...and I didn't got my refund too. It's a huge amount of money.. please resolve the issue.
