[Resolved]  Consulting Rooms Private Limited — Ordered HP Multifunction Printer and Received Junk Product

I ordered HP printer online from Flipkart and received shipment from seller on 19th Oct 21. After opening the box we saw that there is no printer is box and we saw junk and torn air filter/purifier with make of Crompton company.

I lodged immediate complaint with Flipkart customer care and since 19th I am following them almost daily and getting response that they are working on it. I also shared invoice and my Aadhar card copy as per email to verify it. Now they crossed date of resolution of issue which was 22nd Oct 21.

I am following up daily and not getting proper response and since last 2 days, customer care dropping call after saying that they are not getting my response. I know they are still working and not understanding how suddenly customer care started getting issues in listening and they send sms that trying to connect and not able to connect.

I am looking for help here to get my refund of Rs 13, 283 from Seller as Flipkart is saying this needs to be approved by seller only.
