Consulting Rooms Pvt.ltd — lg 10kg top loader washing machine

I have purchased lg 10kg top loader washing machine on[protected] from flipkart, it was sold by consulting rooms pvt. Ltd. After delivery of item i have requested for reschedule the installation and demo, which was done on[protected], tried to use the machine for first time on[protected], it is not working giving le error.
Requested flipkart to replace the machine which they are denying to do, requested for replacement with lg they are asking to get it from flipkart.

Now i have invested 34, 990 on this product and i am unable to use it.
