The emblem of India is displayed in circle half cut from tom and from below also. It is tobe displayed fully and with the slogan "Satymeva Jayate"

In the satisfactory rating it is shown 1% where as the resolved case is only 1 out of 418 complaints. the percentage comes out 0.24%

First of all, we'd like to compliment your watchfulness ;) Nice catch!

It's done on purpose that if at least 1 complaint is resolved, the percentage of resolved complaints will be 1%.
We're not using decimals in company's rating. Years of experience show that users generally prefer round units.
As for logo, thank you for letting us know, we're going to fix that.

The passwords are stored and sent in plain text. Just received an email after a forgot password request with the password itself.

It breaks cyber laws and directly risks user privacy and security at risk.

Have tried contacted customer service numerous times as on another account, we have resolved many complaints of customers but no way to update the same. No response from anyone from this forum as no details of any consumers are shared with the company, not the company can post comments properly.

Now lets see if someone from their team responds.

You allow companies to put fake review about themselves and mislead all your customers. Check reviews about ACTE, chennai. You should regret for each wrong info put and bear losses for each poor student that lost his money depending on your fake reviews.
