[Resolved]  Convergys — Delay in getting pf amount

Hi. My name is Pavan Kumar. I have applied for pf amount about six months back in Convergys, Bangalore. But i have not yet received my pf amount. When I check in epf website, I get a message - no record found. So I request you to look into the matter anbd speed up the process. My pf acvcount num is GNGGN[protected]. Thank you.
