I am an ex employee of Convergys AT&T process Bestech towers Gurgaon 2015.

I need contact numbers or email ID for relevant person in Convergys to submit Joint declaration in Epfo office to claim my PF amount. It seems there is some merger with concentrix and O have no idea whom to reach to resolve this issue.

I am trying to reach convergys but no response on phone. I worked in 2015 for AT&T process in Bestech Gurgaon towers and need to contact there PF/ Accounts/ Payroll team for joint declaration submission and Aadhar seeding to EPFO. Hello Sir/Madam,

Greetings of the day.

My last working day at Concentrix Thane was 23rd March 2023, On 24th April 2023 I requested lr/retirals team to help me regarding UAN activation, my case was assigned to Sowjanya, we exchanged emails (sariki.[protected]@concentrix.com) verified my documents for joint declaration of my name change in pf portal, On 5th June 2023 she tells me she left the organization so I had to connect with retirals team again.

On 8th June 2023 I received a phone call from Govind Dev to forward him the joint declaration and relevant documents, I attached the soft copies to govind.[protected]@concentrix.com and couriered self attested hard copies to him according to his instructions. To Govind N Dev Labor & employee Relations Concentrix Daksh Tower C, 17th Floor, building no 14, DLF IT SEZ, cyber City, DLF phase III, Gurgaon India 122010, thru dtdc. I wrote multiple emails for update, everytime I called him he was either busy or said he would check courier status, then suddenly my reminder emails to govind.[protected]@concentrix.com were bouncing back undelivered. When I called him on 8th Aug 2023, I was surprised to hear that I had to contact retirals team again because my case was not with him.

On 9th August 2023 again I wrote to Lr team [protected]@concentrix.com, a detailed email explaining my experience with these two members from pf team.
On 15th Aug 2023 I received response from retirals team instructing me to "share my query on" chaitanya.[protected]@concentrix.com, on same day, 15th Aug I shared my previous two employees experience with Chaitanya, hoping he would understand and put a rush on the process but I was disappointed because there was no response from him till 23rd Aug 2023, said Govind had left the company and I had to start all over again. I requested Chaitanya to trace the courier I had sent to Govind. He said the documents were forwarded to consultant (did not loop/cc me) which will be submitted to pf office. Since 23rd Aug 2023 I've been requesting Chaitanya to share the joint declaration submission acknowledgment, he's still not been able to share.
I also shared my experience with other companies for same issue, was taken care of on same day and pf office acknowledges immediately to confirm the joint declaration submission, nothing seemed to affect Chaitanya.

Tired of not getting any update from Chaitanya Rajguru I visited my job location CNX Thane.
On 22nd Aug 2023, met Ravindra Chauhan, submitted one more set of documents for same joint declaration but of my 2015-left Convergys employment, Ravindra Chauhan dint even check the documents asked me to collect the documents after 8, eight days, when I called him after 8 days no response, again called him on 1st Sept 2023 he wasn't in the office, called him back no response, finally on 8th sept he said he forwarded the documents to Pune office (did not loop/cc me). When I told him they are two different year employments, he said they will be considered one because cnx and convergys are same. Whereas due to gap in employment they are two different uan & pf numbers so have to jointly declare twice.

Disappointed, wasted time and money, Feeling helpless and tired of submitting the documents numerous times, going through proper channels still being avoided and given excuses, runaround for best known reasons to them I approached PSC team People Solutions Centre psc.[protected]@concentrix.com on 6th Sept 2023, narrated them the whole situation, my experience, sent the trail of emails yet no solution till date. PSC team assigned this case to Yogita Barman yogita.[protected]@concentrix.com on 7th sept 2023. Yogita asked me to resend the documents to Pune office because Chaitanya Rajguru is at Pune, whereas when Yogita looped in Chaitanya he asked me to resubmit the documents to Gurgaon office again, now PSC team and Yogita were agreeing to whatever Chaitanya Rajguru said, when I refused to resubmit, asked Chaitanya about the documents I emailed and couriered already, and Chaitanya had confirmed receiving and forwarding it to relevant team. I realised Chaitanya is involved in job avoidance because he's not answering emails on time even after multiple reminders, whenever possible giving excuses, confirmed the receival and forward but failed to give acknowledgment.

CONCENTRIX Sorry to say numerous attempts my experiences with cnx in regards to my pf joint declaration has become a nightmare. Seems impossible to get through.
I have dealt with two other previous companies for same issue, submitted same set of documents, got them stamped and signed on same day, submitted to Thane and Bandra PF office, got the acknowledgement immediately, right then.
I fail to understand why is CNX is depriving me of my pf money in time of need. I am a single mother, running my family, trying to educate my children with rightful means. Isn't PF my right, then why am I given months of run around, wasting time and money submitting documents repeatedly and waiting eternally for what can be done in minutes/days. Please let me know what I need to do to get this resolved. A proud cnx employee turned into a EX-EMPLOYEE IN DISTRESS.

Hi Team,

I was an employee with Convergys starting from 3rd March 2017 till 30th June 2017. I wanted to claim my PF amount and have updated my KYC (Bank Account) which is pending with them for Digital signing. Its been long pending from there end now and there is no way to go for help. I am hoping they will approve my request as they were my last employer

HI TEAM,

I am an Ex employee of Convergys Bangalore. I was working for Microsoft Windows support for a period of 81/2 yrs. I resigned on July 2014 and at that time the PF account was not linked to my aadhar and a UAN number was not genetated. I need your assistance in mapping of my service PF number WITH UAN NUMBER. I can provide the needed documents for generating the UAN number.
Since Concentrix has taken over Convergys, the old email and phone numbers of Convergys India are not working. Concentrix HR is also not responding to the same. I have sent an email to one of the HR personnel whose active LinkedIn ID showed he is still with Concentrix. However no response came to the email sent to him.
Please get me a solution for this ASAP.
I have contacted EPFO, they can only proceed once I get the above done by my Employer. Please help..

Good afternoon, i just want to say that yesterday i gave interview to the convergys after 1st round i am selected and then they say now its your final round and when i join the link they ask me to pay 1350 and then you recieved joining code .. and i send the money to them in a hurry after sending money i recieved an offer letter but no response from them and today they ask me that your training will be start at 6'O clock and you have to pay 1900 .. now please i just want my money back and please help me to find that this is fake as well as scam or not ?? I really need your help please check offer letter that i recieved and that interviewer who are asking for money ... please take serious action

I visited the office many times back in 2006, and again in 2008. But every time either the HR was unavailable, or the systems were not working.

I have asked for generation o[censored]AN number many time, but was not provided any help

I have worked in Convergys India at Gurugram from the year 2001 to 2003. Few months ago, I have sent a request for PF claim. I received an e-mail from HR assist team of Convergys with few details and asked by them to visit the Convergys Gurugram office. I am residing in Chandigarh currently and have a family to take care off. I am unable to visit Gurugram office. I have requested HR assist team to share the contact details of concerened person who can guide me to submit the PF Claim but they simply denied by saying that they cannot share the details of concerened person, not even their e-mail. Kindly help me in submitting my PF claim which is long due.

My employee id was[protected]. I no longer have access to my ICICI bank a/c. I updated my new and currently active bank a/c number which is a kotak bank's a/c on epfo website. It been a long time now but Convergys HR department is not approving my request. Their email id [protected]@convergys.com is also not functional anymore.

Hi, I am an ex-employee of Convergys (which is now acquired by Concentrix) who worked from 04th May 2009 till 01st April 2010. I need "Roles and Responsibilities" on the company letterhead to pursue a relocation opportunity. I sent an email to concentrix.[protected]@concentrix.com. I got a response from them on Nov 03rd, stating that I will get a response soon and to date no response. I understand that some delay is expected as per their busy schedule, raising here as I need this document as soon as possible and this might help to move in right channel.
