[Resolved]  Convergys — Delayed HR responce to PF withdrawal

I have opted to withdraw PF on Aug 23 2014, I have submitted the required cheque, signed the relavant docs on the same day (Around 7.00pm). Last month I had followed up with HR dept via call regarding the status of the PF withdrawal, I was informed it is with Convergys Goregaon branch for processing. As per my knowledge PF withdrawal should have been completed in 3 months. My colleague who worked in Convergys and now in current company, had opted for PF withdrawal much later after I did, she even got the money few days back. Recently I had called the HR number, and still got the same responce that it is with Convergys Goregaon branch for processing. The Convergys HR number will be: [protected] Today I was informed to contact some board number of Convergys on the below number, stating they will be able to help me, Even after multiple trials, there is no response from that number. Board Number: [protected] My PF number is: HRGGN[protected] My Employee ID in Convergys:[protected] Kindly have a lookin to this as it is urgent for me to get the money.
