Convey Clothing Surat Gujarat — I am complaining about bad quality saree they give and not doing return and refund as promised.

I paid 2000 rupees for this order to the Instagram account Anupama saree which gives me a bad quality saree as comparatively, they have shown me in the picture when I was purchasing this saree from this Insta account.
They said to me that they will return and refund me within 10 days if the product is not ok. But now they not responding to me and not replying to my massage as they don't give me the same saree as they promise me. They are doing fraudulent business.

Please help.
