Cool Air Fresh System — Improper Servicing-Damaged the product

My samsung refrigerator was not getting cold enough in the lower part. However, the freezer was working just fine. I called the authorised service personnel but there was no response. Hence, I raised a request in Ramukaka.com and Cool Air Fresh System from Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad approached me over phone and came down to serivicing by the end of the day. They were totally unprofessional and after checking my refrigerator and told that the censors are not working and needs to be replaced. He replaced the censors and charged me Rs.2500. During the servicing he had broken several parts of the refrigerator and did not assemble all the components back. When I asked the technician he said those parts are not required. While servicing, I had given him a cloth to soak the excess water that was pouring out. After servicing he sealed the cloth inside the refrigerator back panel. The refrigerator started making weird noise and I was forced to call him back as I could see the cloth above the compressor and it was not coming off. They were too angry to come. And few days later the refrigerator stopped working and now both freezer and bottom part stopped functioning. I have called them several times but each time they kept lying and avoiding the situation. They have spoilt my refrigerator worth Rs.20000 and also charged me Rs.2500. They neither respond to the calls nor give any kind of reply. They have cheated me and I have decided to take all forums available to me to take action against them.
