Cool Line System — money taken but did not solve my problem in my lg split ac

I have a problem in my lg split ac 1.5 ton. The problem is my ac blower is not working properly and its not continuously blowing the air and also the cool air when i set the temperature to 18 degrees celsius, the ac gives some scratchy sounds and the blower stops.

We called the cool line system proprietor, his name is sayad faiyaz and his mobile number is [protected].

And he sent a technician name razzak his mobile number is [protected], [protected].

The technician came and he did not solve the problem and he took the amount of rupees 5, 500 rupees.

The technician has installed a new motor and he did not give us the receipt of that motor from the store he purchased and instead he gave us the receipt of the company (Coolline system) he works for.

The proprietor (Sayed faiyaz) and the technician (Razzak) avoid my calls and when i request them to come to my home to check they postpone the dates and when the technician comes, he is not able to solve the problem.

My request: either proprietor should send more skilled and experienced technician to solve the problem or refund us the amount they charged 5, 500 rupees (Five thousand five hundred rupees), as they i still doubt whether they have installed a proper brand motor or not.
