Coolpad India — after 34 days my mobile not repaired by service center and nobody pickup the phone

Complain for coolpad service center for delay the service.

In my service job sheet mentioned expected return on 11 august 2017.
When i visit in service center on 14 august 2017. Service center person told me to this is just for mention on form it will come after one month, still my mobile not repaired by service center after 34 days and not picking up phone on mentioned number [protected] and 24393900.
This service center located at dadar, mumbai
Please help me out to get back my mobile from this service center.
