I bought your phone 8 months ago. Which model no. Is coolpad cool 1 c103.1 month ago some issue accused and it's touch not working properly, so i sent my mobile your service center but not satisfactionable service provide by your service center. When i call in customer care they answer roughly my imei no=[protected], i request to you something do in this metter. My exam arrived so i need my phone and i have no other phone.. I am using coolpad note 5 mobile handset and in that i am unable to save profile pic of my friends of whatsapp. Is there any solution so plz provide me asap.

I complaint you, but not proper step taken by you.when I called in service center every time they told me one week but there are almost 30 days pass, but I doesn't receive my mobile.
