Coolpad India — complaining about poor response from firm coolpad

Sub : delay in repairs of phone under warranty

It is intimated that i had a cool pad note-5 bought in jan 17. My phone started showing abnormal display (Black horizontal lines) since 10 aug 17. Matter was discussed with your authorized service centre at devika towers, nehru place, delhi on 12 aug. The phone was submitted for repair under warranty at the same authorized centre on recommendation of your executive.
It is further intimated that phone has not been repaired till todate. Customer care no. [protected] was given to me to detail my issue to the concerned personnel but all my efforts till todate in this regard proved futile. Unjustified excuses from authorized centre and customer care number have delayed the rectification for more than 24 days.
It is requested that matter may taken upto concerned authority and resolved at an early date.
