Coolpad India — coolpad cool 1 dual led display issue

Suddenly my screen overlay as well as led light blinking repeatedly with horizontal and vertical line.. Only 2month of purchasing now facing this issue.. Please take the action accordingly and solve my issue as soon as possible. Contacted respective service center they people don't care seriously and charged huge money. But only 2month is done.. I have 1yrs warranty that company provided with this handset.

i am use coolpad note 5 and android version is 6.0.1 and i am trying to update system on mobile nougat version but system say no any latest version is available in your mobile. So please reply note 5 nougat version supported or not...
And please inform how many days wait for nougat version in coolpad note 5 vailable
