I have submitted my mobile for repairs - motherboard not working.. On 15th march, 2017; to a coolpad service centre - regenersis, in andheri, mumbai. Reference/job no: rgjoband/[protected] Prd. Sl no/imei no [protected] Upon inquiring about the state of the device, they kept saying that it would be repaired within 10 days, but it was never repaired for a whole month. I am in dire need of the mobile and hence, since it is being delayed, please let me know if you will provide me an alternative until the repairs are carried on. .
