Coolpad India — Coolpad dazen and their service

Before 6 month i purchased coolpad dazen, after 6 month automatically phone gt dead, after that i gave that phone in service center. On 19th may. And estimated return time was 2nd june. Still they are not giving my phone back, they are saying "motherboard is not yet came so wait till the part come" without any surety that when part is going to come.
Even they are not providing any another phone or not even refunding.
So may i know what step i should take for the same.
And im not getting a proper reply in their email
