Don't buy this brand phone otherwise regret your whole life.. i experience the same right now. my phone not repaired sine last 1 month.. my phone having following issue like
1. phone not charging
2. heating problem
3. earphone phone not working
My phone and all accessoires are in service center for repairing since 21 july 2016.
But no response from service center, service center are saying that, sir parts available nahi abhi, comapny se nahi aa raha hai, jab ayega hum apko bata denge. these crap things.
