My job sheet number is JS[protected]. I have given my phone for repairing one month ago. Still I have not got my phone back and also I wrote mail to them I got following reply
"Dear Customer,
Apologized for inconvenience,
As reference your complaint, We would like to request you that their is no time line but we will resolve your problem as soon as possible."
When I call there Help desk number there standard reply is contact next week and on they have stopped replying to my mails. Was this information helpful? |
