I have a coolpad note 3 plus mobile which was bought just 7 months ago, suddenly one day it is not getting on. I submitted my mobile to the coolpad company service center (Touch hyderabad) on 29th may, 2017, they identified the problem as exchange of motherboard. I unable to find the solution from the company till date as it is completed 55 days for today and they are not giving the correct answer also, when will be the problem will fix.
