Coolpad India — coolpad note 5 / battery issue.

My mobile (Coolpad note 5) has an issue with battery, it does not get charge until i plug in a charger and reboot. The charge in the mobile only last for short period and battery gets drained in short interval of time. It also runs a system configuration utility all of a sudden in the middle and my call gets disconnected. I am really pissed off with this now. Need you help to fix this issue asap.

My coolpad mobile is not working properly.I repair my mobile with coolpad service center but not get proper result for service center.I get more difficulties for coolpad mobile.I want to replace my coolpad mobile because warranty period is not finish.sir pls replace me coolpad mobile due to inconvenience to your service.
