Coolpad note 5 (32 gb) not switching on under warranty handed over to service centre on 14 dec 2017. Doc sheet no - js[protected]. The item has not been repaired and sent to the end user till date. Customer care is telling hat part not available and have to wait. After 2.5 months waiting also, the customer care is asking to wait further. I need my cell phone urgently but service centre of cool pad not corrected my cell phone and its more than 20 days ... its bad experience with any service centre . i didnt expect this with cool pad company, its dissapointing.
