I tried changing defective headphone of coolpad note5 imei [protected] on24.6.17 Via solution care kotwali chowk tatarpur road, kazwali chak district:bhagalpur, state:bihar contact [protected] But they are delaying and not responding to calls. Is has been more than a months still they are saying one week more. Either coolpad company or this service centre is making people fool. Please do help and save consumr rights. 1) I am not able to accept incoming calls.Even if I slide indicator to green, call is not accepted.
2) Sometimes, I succeed to receive calls, but caller doesnt listen my voice.
3) Even when I call, I face calling quality issue.
