Coolpad India — delay in service

I had given my coolpad note 5 mobile phone for service to regenersis india pvt ltd, chennai. The phone fingerprint was not not working and the camera was not working. It was a small issue as said by the service provider and will take around 10-12 days for the spare to arrive. Its been 20 days and the problem has not been solved yet. When asked them the only response i get is it will take time and never get stipulated time for that. They just keep asking me time as if they dont value time of the customer. We have to keep on calling them for the status update and never get any call from them. My job sheet number is rgjobchn/[protected]. Kindly solve my problem asap. If not able to solve then replace the phone.
