Coolpad India — For motherboard problem

Dear sir,

Service center exicutive is saying my coolpad note 5's touch is not responding. I submitted my phone at 30/05/2017 and they give me due date at 08/06/2017 but till date coolpad campany had not send part [display] to service send and i called lots of time for customber care and service center no one is not responding they are saying wait for 2-3 days and after 2-3 days they are again saying same things. There are lots o[censored]se of my phone that is why i force you but no one lisling.

Now they are saying motherboard is damage and its cost is 4000/- rs but my phone is in warranty. They are saying phone is water damage but it is not water damage.
I will go consumer forum and i will do every thing for your inconvenience.
