Hello Support,

I have submitted my coolpad note 3 lite to the service center on[protected], Job sheet number is JS[protected].
I did not receive any confirmation either from local service center (Vision tech enterprises) or coolpad toll free service center.

it is more than a month now and i am still waiting for my phone.

People on customer care not even responding that when i will get my mobile back.
