Mobile purchased on 23/01/17. After 2 months touch screen not working (No physical or no water damage, perfect condition otherwise). Given to service centre (Abhishek) on 04/04/17 (Refer document 1), multiple personal follow ups taken. Service centre was permanently closed (They called me to collect mobile), so got mobile back on 19/05/17 without repair. Again given to hcl services (Touch) (Refer document2) on 24/05/17 till date (17/07/17) not repaired (Multiple personal follow ups taken). They are not giving firm date for repair. Total time in service centre is more than 3.5 months. Request for complete refund or replacement with new mobile. Kindly do the needful.
